The CARD process

Contact the CARD office to make an appointment with the Imams panel.

Complete an application form prior to the appointment

Application form will be assessed to be directed to the relevant Imam

Sign the confidentiality agreement

Attend the confidential hearing with the panel and admistration staff

Both parties will be notified of the Islamic rulings and advice issued by the Imams.

Minutes will be recorded

All parties will be given a fair hearing

Application fee $150
Upon Completion $550
Documents will not be issued until payment is received

• The application must be completed by the applicant or a person approved by the applicant.
• The application is non-refundable
• All information on the application must be true and to the best of knowledge of the applicant.
